Apologies Foxes, my works connection has been pretty bad for the last couple of weeks hence the not online during the week and the last couple of weekends unfortunately RL has interfered a bit. However, I will be back on to Stomp, Shoot and Blow up stuff this coming weekend.

Just a bump to remind everyone that we are still accepting recruits of all skill levels. We have ramped up our operations and are currently participating in: Stock Mech Mondays, Stock Mech Eras, and we have just joined the http://innerspherewars.eu
competition. We also do unit functions and fun activities. While we do participate in various events, we are by no means elite meta gamers. Most of us are early to middle aged adults with a few a 'touch older than middleage' guys and gals. We have a very active team speak server and website. Come over and hang out, group up or do some private matches, all are welcome.

Just want to say, a great group of guys to drop with. It has been a long while Mana Valkyrie but we stopped by late last night (well very early this morning anyway US time) and had some great 4 v 4 private matches. GGs from Night's Scorn.

Thanks for the Shout out Crockdaddy, It has been a while, work and rl have been stealing my precious gaming time... however I am back on again, and will try to get some folks in for 4vs4 lance drops but unfortunately no promises from me attending, I will endeavour.

As for things with the Lancers,

We have members actively participating in Stock Mech Monday, a unit favourite, Trial Mech Tuesdays and we are just starting into Innersphere Wars 2.0.

We are also looking to run some 'storied campaigns' for mixed sized groups, if enough interest is there. Anybody is welcome to hop in and join us for our events and I may even be persuaded to break out my old school events and posters.

Yesterday the 3rd Takata Lancers took part in their first ISW2.0 match against the 140th Strike Cluster of Clan Ghost Bear's Delta Galaxy. The lancers won the first engagement against the determined Clanners, downing 10 enemy mechs for the loss of 6. It was a great game and very enjoyable, looking forward to having more great matches.

I would like to thank Rage for running the ISW 2 league match as well as organising 2 lances for the Night Scorns 4 man tournament. The results may not have been as desired but from what I saw and heard you still put on a good show. Thanks to all the members who participated.

The lancers are not a competitive unit, we do take part in some competitive events but are primary focus is on group enjoyment, individual enjoyment of the game and a general all round good time. We are always looking for players who are looking for a casual and friendly unit where the emphasis is on teamwork and enjoyment.

The 3rd Takata are always looking for more players to join us, we run in both EU/US hours, and gradually are bringing more EU numbers in. If you are looking for a friendly, help group who are prepared to help you develop as a team player, and provide you the chance to take part in some competitive as well as casual level events in a fun and friendly environment, stop in and see us.
