I started having disconnection issues at launch. Now it's gotten worse. I just spent the last hour and a half trying to play, only to get booted out to the sign in screen within 20 seconds of a game start on every game.

Specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 975
Gigabyte HD6850
Corsair 8GB 1600Mhz RAM
Asrock 880G-LE
OCZ Octane 128 GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD (installed game here)

Connection: (Info from Speedtest.net)

Provider: Rogers
Pinging Toronto TekSavvy server from Kitchener/Waterloo
Down: 25 Mbps
Up: 2 Mbps
Ping: 10ms

My fps was around 50-60 prepatch with medium options, now its around 35-45 on most maps, when seeing more mechs its goes down more.

Half the games it feels like its lagging but ping is still the same then prepatch.

Big fps drops. Mostly near bases/cap points and when there is lot happening in the screen. My fps waves around and sometimes it is pretty good for a while. But mainly it never stops changing around 5-50.

HP Laptop
AMD Radeon HD 7600M
Intel HD Graphics 4000
Intel Core i5-3210M

Dropped out yesterday, day before....and again just now... in the middle of a match, with the game reporting a 60 ping.

Now of course, cannot get in....either network error or 'invalid' password.

This new thing is giving me hard time:

"- FPS improvements when users look out at an empty horizon."

Yesterday I was capping in tourmaline. Everyone else was fighting over 1 km away from me. As I watch to the empty horizon my fps was around 40. Then I turned my head to the general direction of everyone else and fps dropped to barely 20. I did this for a while. Funny thing: I did not see anyone and nothing was happening anywhere near me but my fps dropped everytime I turned my head.

I'd like to think the new improvement isn't supposed to give normal fps readings when looking at the empty part of the map and mess up with you when looking at important things.

Huge FPS drop this patch.

How had the patch generally affected your performance?

Horrible FPS drop. I was always capped at 60, lowest I've seen in any of my fraps recordings is 58 in a firefight. Now I'm at about 30, dropping to 20 in firefights. Capped at 60 in launcher.

Whether there are specific points in the game when your performance changes.
Always.

What are your video settings, did you change them since last patch?

Settings are all very high with the exception of particles (low) and AA (off). I have not changed any settings since the patch.

Average FPS ingame and in the menus for previous patch and latest patch (Press F9 to see your FPS)

I was always capped at 60, lowest I've seen in any of my fraps recordings is 58 in a firefight. Now I'm at about 30, dropping to 20 in firefights. Capped at 60 in launcher.

My framerate is MUCH worse, Ive had to drop from high to medium settings and still have problems in certain situations (quick torso twisting, looking off in the distance) and certain maps (river city night, crimson strait).

i keep disconnecting at random points of the game normally near the end
this issue has only developed after the hotfix patch last week, what is anoying is i have lost my cbills from alot of these matches
i have also wasted premium time because of this.

My problems with fps are gone now and things are back to normal. It might have had something to do with the internet connection side and me living in Europe.

Edit: Some problems sometimes still around. Mostly in the beginning of the matches. And the training grounds crashes to desktop after 10 or more minutes.

Edit2 And later today game is unplayable. Fps all over the place. 5-50 again.

My FPS wavers from 60+ down to single digits (3-8 FPS) and then bounces back up to around 50-60. This has been happening for a long time and i don't think it's related to my internet since the problem doesn't change even with changes to my connection speed and connection type. I even changed ISPs after a move and my FPS problems remain.

FPS drop mainly occur when I am looking at other mechs or moving quickly.

My settings are on Low, with maxed AA

I've been experiencing a ton of disconnects. During my time playing August and September I had two disconnects. I've had two disconnects in just the last three matches today. My ping is generally fine, but I'm being disconnected from what I'd estimate is about a third of all my matches.

The Scaleform hud has terribly bad performance.
I mean just turning the hud off my fps jumps to 50+ from the regular 25- I'm getting.
I'm not even using a bad computer as this is a:
AMD FX-6100 with GTX 560.
I'm running the game with all settings on low.
The GPU usage is at most 25 % when playing normally and the processor clocks in at 40-50 %.
