Ready feature needs to go.

Rejoining game if disconnected (which rarely happens for me) is far more important, or kicking players that disconnect before match starts so another player can join.

Its a new feature, good grief. Give players a few days to get accustomed to it.

More time is more grind, is more money spent on premium time.

Working as intended.

Personally, I think it's fine. Noobs are asking why. This means that they will seek an answer, and realize that this game actually is team oriented. Hopefully, as it sets in, people will start to coordinate a little better in pugs. Also, it gives those who are experienced a chance to try and bring order to their team and/or lance. The slightly increased waiting time for a match to start is worth it imo. Not sure how anyone can complain about 45 secs. Sounds like a personal problem.

wtb 'ready button free' mode please. If I wanted to play a game that took a lot of time to set up, I'd be playing an RTS.

yeah 15-30 seconds and toss the ready button.

also, if you drop as a lance dont let the commander re-assign mechs. super frustrating and annoying.

Nobody has to wait much longer than before in my eyers. Before the patch, there was no "ready" and you waited forever for the game to start. No there is the possibility to actually go quicker. Having said that, yeah it sucks when 23 make ready and the one afk directly after launch asks for "somone here called my name?". Well, it was a short game for him :D

The ready button is a complete entertainment killer. We are already clicking Ready/Launch to start the game... Having to push ready a second time, and often waiting the full 60 seconds is just a complete waste of time.

Please remove the ready button, this is barbaric.

What they need to do is make it so that the ready button is toggled by default, and if no one un-readies in 10 seconds or so, the game starts.

When it takes 2-3 minutes to find a game, I used to go do something else until I hear my mech power up. Now I have to sit and watch the client search so that I can press ready as soon as it comes up.

I find that feature quite interesting.
I would like it to be anhanced. After taking command it would be nice to also place initial Orders on the map for each lance.
In that way we might get better strategys than "Run to center squeeze through a small entrance and get butchered like lemmings in the Crater"
