This happens whenever a new mech is added. They turn up in every match, usually several at a time.
Just wait until the 15th. Then we will see nothing but phoenix mechs.

hard to prove. And totally subjective. I ran into lots of them. One match had 5. I killed 3. I think I like the design.

I bought an AS7-D as my 3rd Atlas instead. I may get a BH if it goes on sale. Maybe.
For what it's worth, I haven't seen as many BHs as I expected to. I probably see 1 or 2 every 3rd or 4th match. I too think I saw way more Protectors when they launched.

I've not seen many of them, perhaps two. I prioritize them whenever I see them and luckily, haven't seen one on my team yet. The kind of fool who would drop $40 on a friggin' 'Mech is likely to be a wee bit more daft than I'm comfortable fighting with.

These fools are the one paying PGI's bills. They are also paying for your broke *** to play for free.
Just saying. Shouldn't hate on people that drop money on this game, for all you know, they don't have the time to spare to grind CBills, or they just want to support PGI, I know I do, they have an excellent game.

While only played a handful games this week, I did see at least 1 boar per match usually 2 sometimes 3.
