Yep they need to fix this bug ; i've been using my atlas D-DC with 2xssrm + LRM10 artemis and can lock on target without tracking them with the reticule ; same thing with LRMs. Having a lot of damage and kills the whole week :D ......but thts enough.....its unfair....and i come here to play not missile uncompetitive easy mode.

After further testing I have noticed that occasionally on Jenners (have not seen it happen on anything else yet) you will not regain lock. Even if you constantly regain lock on everybody else in that match including other Jenners, that particular player will remain having normal targetting.

"results may vary"

figured i'd toss my hat in this thread as well.

vid posted in other thread, I have normal targeting on most targets only bugging on two main ones an A1 catapult and a hunchback. For the hunchback, when I lost the bugged (and it was REALLY bugged) targeting, it actually seemed to go back to normal.

It doesn't seem to be based on chassis.
It doesn't seem to be based on atremis (my jenner does not have it)
It clearly affects pilots to wildly varying degrees based on the disputes/disagreements.
I think everyone can agree the spider on crimson map training grounds is universally bugged?
Its possible you could go an entire match without encountering it, and equally possible you could have it happen to every mech in a match.

Sound about right?

Also seriously just because someone (this isn't directed at Wispsy) gets a different result to you, DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE WRONG. its very common for bugs, glitches whatever to affect some people and not others. Just because someone does not experience the same issue does not mean they are talking out their ***.
