If it has articulated arms with at least 2 energy hardpoints each, yes.

If it doesn't have actuators, as all current BJ variants do, then it will remain as a bigger, slower Jenner. So no.

A Blackjack hero with similar config as the 1X would be most beneficial and balanced i think.
3x laser hardpoints per arm.
1x 2port missile tube per side torso.
No JJ.
100- 295 engine rating. Same as the 1X. Or maybe slightly less, 275 maybe?

Id be tempted if it was based on the BJ-2, would be the first blackjack with missiles or had a massive freaking engine capacity (like some of the trebuchet models)

EDIT: Must have jump jets. I don't bother with the non-flight enabled variants of the BJ.

I wouldnt, Just sold the 2 I had for more mechbay space, other things do 2 ac2 better, other things do ac20 better, and as for the energy boat I have my 9m thats almost as fast.

I have had MC set aside for months for a flea/spider/raven hero.
