Will there come Heromechs with Loyalty Point Bonus in the Future or is the Phoenix Package the only chance to get Mechs with it?

If it matters to the game and lessens the grind, PGI will find a way monetize it.
If it doesn't matter much to "farming" rates, then nobody will care.


Either way, the LP bonus on the Phoenix mechs probably won't mean a huge deal.

You can bet there will be future hero mechs with LP bonuses in the future, as an incentive to purchase.

I think they will be a whole new kind of MC only mech, probably cool faction variants, with the Phoenix bonus instead of the Hero bonus.

I think you will be able to buy for MC/c-bills/LP something which will increase LP gain like those medailons

I think it will be more in line with current hero mechs. Buy a K variant and you get LP bonus to Kurita, etc.

Since the Hero XP bonus is pretty much useless, unless you use it to grind for GXP, I'm guessing that LP bonus Hero Mechs are a given.

My guess is the clan founder pack mechs will have a similar deal as the phoenix mechs. Until then I doubt we'll see LP bonuses on regular heros.

Premium time should give a CBill bonus, XP bonus, and LP bonus. Thats the point of 'premium time'.

As far as LP on mechs go? Either they'll be a cockpit item or sold as loyalty mechs. Who knows.

Well, somewhat tongue-in-cheek.... the next set of Hero mechs after Phoenix are likely to be both MC-only, bonus to C-Bills and LP, with 5% more than the phoenix package.

As far as Hero 'Mechs and Loyalty points... what if the Hero 'Mechs provided a larger LP bonus when the player is fighting for the faction associated with the 'Mech's Hero character, and a smaller LP bonus when the player is fighting for a faction that would consider the 'Mech's Hero character an enemy?

For example, Yen-Lo-Wang would provide a larger-than-average LP bonus when used in service of the FedSuns & a smaller-than-average LP bonus when used in service of the CapCon, while Ilya Muromets would provide the reverse (that is, a larger-than-average LP bonus when used in service of the CapCon & a smaller-than-average LP bonus when used in service of the FedSuns).
