500 on May 28
First 1500 on May 26
So if my math is correct and I didn't miss any of the posts the devs made (which is possible) we should have
(2)1500+(5)500+1700=7200
If someone can point me to the dates (with links) I missed I'll be content that they did in fact reach the 10k mark.
you missed the 500 released on the 14th

so that should be 7700 keys released

stupid system profiler not recognizing discrete graphics in a z68 mobo-based system.
I had the same problem mate, I have a Gigabyte G1.Sniper 2 Motherboard with a z68 chipset (which turns off your graphics card when it's not needed) and an ATI Radeon 7970 Sapphire OC Edition GPU and the system profiler says I have onboard intel graphics
I did add my GPU to the profiler information but I don't think they believed me.

Well as much as it would be cool to break a $2500 machine by giving it a flying matrix ninja kick, I can't see that getting me a beta key any faster.

Edit: Arrgh, Reread Pauls posts
terminal>300 keys (BIG TEXT)
terminal>300 keys (BIG TEXT)
terminal>1100 keys (tiny text)
For a total of 1700 keys. (BIG TEXT)
*bangs head against keyboard*
Apologies for being a tiny bit sarcastic guys. Guess I saw what I wanted to see.
But anyway, the bottom line is that Russ said that they had released 10000 keys now. And he should probably know. So why don't we just take it on faith that he knows what he is talking about.

Not to be critical of your math, but as I see it there were 2300 keys released on the 15th. 300 (kicked server) + 300 (kicked it a 2nd time) + 1700 (shot server in the knee) = 2300 on the 15th
That takes our total from all the releases we remember up to 8300 keys total. However, we probably missed a few.

So you're saying that a large group of people are more likely wrong than a single person (albeit a dev) on the count of publicly released data? Which have been up until the most recent release simple increases of 500 or 1000?
And the only reason that I don't take it on faith is... I want to still have hope prior to the founders packages coming out. That and I would like to think PGI was actually telling us the numbers of what is going out, and that the community as a whole's ability to use addition is better than a fifth graders'. lol.
