It's working, I receive on average 1k-2k for loss and 2k-5k for win (depending on x2 first victory, I don't have the premium time.)

Awesome answers guys. Thanks for checking into it and letting me know what was really going on.
Appreciate the quick response/check-in.
Only point would be the easier recognized notation for the end screen. Make it obvious for us noobs who don't check out the 30x # of components data sets. Thanks again!

so seems like the EOR screen is the issue?
Only in that it doesn't specifically list an item called "double XP reward". The EOR screen lists everything correctly.
But maybe I'm just the only person who noticed that for instance a saviour kill gives 300XP the moment you get the kill, instead of the usual 150. Or that a spot assist gives 50XP or component destruction 30XP. Really? You people don't notice any of this at all?
How can you even make the accusation that it's broken when you obviously don't even know how much XP you get without double up?

That is actually the problem which the users and the 2 posters from PGI have stated. The EoM XP display doesnt actually show the double XP if you dont know which actions give how much XP normally.
Im guessing next time the double XP event will show the base XP gained (like during any other game), but will add the double XP (much like Premium time XP) after the tally has been made in a separate line. That would make it easier to follow for everyone around.
