Ok, kicking things off a bit earlier, TS3 IP address is 86.177.104.173:9987

See you all in a little while hopefully, if you've downloaded the maps in my previous post please join me in the MPBT: Genesis Server on mekmatch as it's mission orientated and much more fun than just blasting up bots that relentlessly charge you down.

Thanks to Von Bremerhaven and Alkero for showing up last night, we had some pretty good missions going, especially enjoyed that Lunar Base Assault, we seemed to work really well as a team and even though we were a man short of a lance we still accomplished the objectives with the least amount of fuss and the most amount of fun, until the bots learnt our trick, doubled back and blew us to bits in a 5 on 3 onslaught haha.

Looking forward to further missions.

Bremer, on a side note I sent you a PM with some instructions in it, you won't need to install any maps or anything if you run it using that install :-)

Hey I tried the TS3 address you put up but it didn't work. I saw the Genesis server but it was all full of bots.

It depends what time you tried Jaroth, I had signed off at about 11pm GMT, but the TS3 IP address did change halfway through the night as I had to restart the TS3 Server (it's not static as it's temporary), although this change was posted here.

We can try again next Tuesday though.

The Mektek free version we use, you should be able to download it using the latest iteration of the MTX downloader tool, failing that I'll PM you some instructions when I get home this evening that will make things a bit easier for you.

Yeah I saw that yesterday, they have to be further along than maybe the community has given them credit for.

Well their introductory post for January also gives clues as to how far along they are. Potentially by the end of February or March we might see a closed beta response from PGI (I hope so anyways). Infact there have been several hints dropped by the developers about playing on an alpha build of the game.
