Not too bad but since you guys upped the max
speed of the lights did you also think to resize
them to a more realistic height? Just because
the commando is 1/4 the tonnage of an atlas
does not mean it needs to be 1/4 its height or 1/16
Its size.

PPCs are exactly where they need to be. They are sniper weapons that require you to keep range and watch your heat.

Also, how did this thread go 15 pages and I'm the first one to question Garth's mention of raging hot rods?

Locust should get better once they add MASC, but only if it is - like ECM - limited to certain chassis.

Hello, after the patch my DRAGONs have now only 1 rocket Slot. In the patch nodes this is not written :). I love my LRM10 on my mechs. Now it seems useless. WHY??? best regards Andreas

I slapped a old 190 standard into a LCT-3M just to test the speed, havent used it in a real fight yet though iv yet to dig my eyeballs out of my brain.

ERmehgerd strap a PPC to the side of one, its the most hilarious thing iv ever seen.

now that you reduced cockpit shake can you please remove ghost heat from the ac/2's?

This isn't even really a patch per se, it's a "content release", with minor bug fixes, it may as well just be an expansion pack release.

There's not even a new map. And that content is exclusive to people who ordered Phoenix anyway. So this is far from even a content release.

Would love to try out the mech's, if only the game would let me use my damn mouse. Seems we don't need it to play or navigate the UI anymore.

We got a new map two weeks ago, and anyone can buy Locusts for CB.

I have to say, while I have now been playing the game for a few months, I don't think I have been more excited than I am today. I have loved every minute of this game since I learned it had been released. Unfortunately, I had missed the initial launch, by quite a while, but thankfully this has now been forgotten, as I have been absorbing things for quite some time. There have been some bumps in the road, I absolutely hate the changes made to the PPC's heat as well as what was done to the Gauze rifle, which in my opinion is simply worthless at this point due to the charge up system as well as cool down penalty. This aside though, the changes for the most part have been really well done, and today I am the proud owner of the entire line of Project Phoenix mechs. Wow, simply wow, the new mechs have been absolutely a blast to drive around and I have now found that there are new weapons systems which I had previously avoided which are now very interesting. The Battlemaster is far and away my favorite of the new mechs, which will be difficult for me as I have found that using most anything aside from my Ilya Muromets is painful, as it was a serious killing machine unlike most of the others. The only feature I have yet to find is the option to use DX11, what happened there? Am I misunderstanding that this feature was due out already with this patch? Once this is out, I can safely say I'll be avoiding most every other game out there:) Thanks to everyone who has been working hard on this great game, and I hope for your continued success.
