In my opinion: Good call to make the Locust straight away buy-able, on the start of releasing of the Project Phoenix. Can't wait to try out how they work in the game!

PGI can you please consider adding the Locust-3V. This will be important for Stock Battles when using the Mech Assignment Tables.

Since the 1V does not have an extra energy HP in the CT, it is impossible to build a Locust-3V.
