Hi,

I ordered the overlord tier for the project phoenix, my mechs are not in the mech bay - no hanging cockpit items - no paints.

I can't be the only one this happened to - what gives, when am I going to receive my mechs?

And yes I did order them pre-patch.

How long pre-patch?

There have been several issues with people who ordered them pre-patch, but the (program?) didn't have time to register it before the patch launched.

Around 11PM GMT on the 14th of October. Call me a fashionably late to the party.

the (program?) should have been able to allocate the mechs to me - when I buy MC those allocate to my account immediately or even hero mechs for that matter......

If you don't have them right now, you'll get them Friday during the weekend maintenance. Or the Money/Tuesday after (worst case).

I don't think this package was added in automatically but rather somewhat manually. PGI has said in the past that they can't bundle items together at this time. Since you are getting mechs and bays and paints, it might take time for them to stick all that in? Maybe with UI 2.0 this won't be an issue anymore.

Thanks for the heads up people - I hope this issue is resolved. The blurb could have at least mentioned order before X date to guarantee mech delivery.

Perhaps a little we're sorry gift of some MC for a free paint or mech bay would be nice to say sorry you can't play with your nice toys that you spent real money on to support our game.

Patience. Sometimes they require a patch in order to get these things out.

I just bought my phoenix package at 11:30 pm Eastern Time October 15th...I don't see the mechs in my mech bays...I suppose this will come with the patch Friday? Or next Tuesday?

Issue resolved with the help of PGI customer support - the fault was n issue with paypal.

When I fist checked my bays, they weren't there, and they loaded in slowly, but I paid for mine over 2 weeks ago. Glad you got yours sorted out, hope everyone else has as well.
