Yes.

Also, MASC has negative mass, as it is made of the same space elements that the BETA generate in their hives.

The Flea model is more compact than the Locust, a small box on legs instead of a spread out bird nose and wings on legs. It should be smaller but boxier.

Locust isnt too big. Jenner is too small. Raven is the proper size for a 35T mech.

ok so you have two men both 6' tall one weighs 300# the other 250# so is the guy that weighs 250 "SMALLER" or is he just less bulky? to my way of thinking "smaller" implies a diference in stature as well as bulk.

Shorter is shorter, smaller is smaller. There is some overlap but they're not equivalent.
