It's Cool That Spiders Still Have 6 Components Turn Light Yellow From 48 Point Alphas.

It's a Spider problem. There are also other hit registration issues affecting all mechs, but the Spider has it's own problems.

one, learn how to deal with lights. when to engage , when not. and go for the legs.
Spiders are nothing to deal with compared to when ssrm ravens flocked together on 8 man premades.

Mileage does vary apparently...
Over the past 48 hours I've dispatched more Spiders with greater ease than I have over the previous 30 days.

My friend is still running his Ac40 in alpha ( yes hes stuborn...) and playing with him last week we had the perfect situation ( i still regret not recording this).
Well i got killed and dicided to spectate hit game, hes core is yellow but he is still runing, a 4 msg spider is harssing him, that thing is jumping all over the place and my friend'd core is dangerouly getting red. Suddenly the jumping spider blow up his leg upon landing. An AC40 jager too his time to target the yellow torso on that spider at a bit less than 70 meters, he shoots, and his jaw simply drop when the thing barely turned orange and the spider core him with MSG....
Clearly no problem at all, the conditions were perfect to kill the ******* and he took the shot, how come that spider survived when this same guy headshot Atlas and Stalkers all day long?
PGI: " there is no problem at all"

but with how stinking easy it is to leg or destroy a locust which can move just as fast and is pretty small itself it just made it more clear there is something not right with spiders.
Spider max armor = 210
Locust max armor = 138
Spider has a bit more than a half more armor as Locust
Spider max leg armor = 28
Locust max leg armor = 16
Spider has almost TWICE more armor on legs than locust (same with center torso)
... so, thats why
