It will be, albeit you may want to upgrade your graphics card in the near future if you want to play at higher graphics settings.

9800 gt is just the 8800 gt relabled and sold at a markup.

Yes, those are both well above the minimums given earlier today

Depends on what kind of quad you want. Rigs are vehicles. We are piloting Mechs here.

Do not know were my Graphics card is in my cockpit.

If you can core 2 quads at the same time you have to be good.

I glanced at the thread name, saw the word 'quad', and images of Scorpions, Tarantulas, and Goliaths flashed through my mind. Don't know if it's because I've been working too hard or am just too much of a fan boy.
