Many other "High" ELO players have made threads and discussed this topic, but it is getting out of hand.

At peak hours we will typically face the same 6-8 "4 man groups" with a few pug fillers. This is fine, there is an occasional failed to find match.

A few hours after that when US peak time is over, it is a whole different story.

Last night was a little worse than normal, but I failed to find a match for an hour straight(normally i get 2-3 fails before a match). I cycled through all of my weight classes and nothing. It is pretty much impossible for me to find a match solo dropping. If I log on and only have a hour or so to play and am stuck getting failed to find match for the entire hour, that is a HUGE issue.

The MM needs to not fail and just expand it search parameters until a match is found.

I have been having the same issue for 5 or so days. It is not by any stretch being caused by my " godlike " ELO, or KDR numbers or whatnot. I will typically have a good stretch followed by a run of bad luck. I think this probably puts me in a mid stats bracket . Which leaves me wondering why it is so tough to match up -w- any of my mechs regardless of loadout ( usually running heavies).

It MAY be due to a smaller pool of players.......IIRC, the MM/ELO thing will allow one to get into a match in their skill range first, then, if no match, the next 'highest' bracket .......waiting an hour for any match, is, IMO, not a good thing.

Never had a problem finding a match, not solo, or in a 4man, regardless of time. It probably is a bug when the MM fails for a whole hour. Maybe your Elo-data got corrupted or something like that.

On top of that, something seems to have been wrong with servers in the last 12-24hours. HitReg was waaaay worse than before and the forum loaded slow for me.
