But I'm sure HG would find some way to screw us over and say it still looks too close for them to accept it. Even if PGI would most likely win in court, it would still cost too much for them to take the risk. But if the Warhammer had to be more expensive and/or a money only mech to cover the costs, I would still buy all varients (maybe more) because it is worth it.

Sad really, does Harmony Gold do anything with the Warhammer? I mean come on.... at least just give PGI a cheap ass license to use it. Unbelievable. I'm going to make sure HG never sees any of my money because of this.

Would i be HG i would say, you can use the art if you make one of your pack sales with them and give us x% of the money.
But, HG always tries to not make money so we are out of luck.

Yeah, my absolute favorite mech of all. I would buy this if PGI had it. Period. Dream mech for this gal.

There is SOME hope for such a thing, actually. Patent trolling is actually starting to examined by the legislature. The basics are "20% different" which is the main sticking point since it's so subjective. However, I could safely argue, mathematically (with geometry, trigonometry, and these things called 'measurements') that this bar is passed.

There actually could be a loophole that the BattleTech community could try exploiting. Bandai holds the rights to everything Macross outside of the US. If there's a Macross version of the Excalibre (re: Warhammer) that was not released through HG, negotiations could be completed with Bandai, who'd probably do it JUST to spite HG.

Works good in the bog especially the light green patches help to blend in the jungle leafe background. But I still do not get how anyone would use a glossy finish for camo as seen on the left torso edges.
