First of let me say I love the game, been here since beta but I'm seriously considering the amount of time I play and the reason is the amount of down time currently is an absolute pain.

Every match there is about 3 minutes it seems down time. Which might not appear like much but over an hour that's at least 1/3 of the time your playing, given match's last between 5 and 10 minutes.

You need to reduce this 1 minutes start timer for pugs (least I hear this is happening)
Search time need to be quicker
UI2 better be quicker when exiting a match currently UI1.5 takes about 10-15 seconds to get you back into your lab.

It's boring waiting around when you just want to shoot things .
