Just a quick unit update for this morning. I had the pleasure of playing with three new players yesterday: ParagonX, Black Kalgalath and selrahc. It's early days, but I expect we will all get along just fine.

Seriously though while I may be the target of a lot of jokes, as well as quite a few "friendly" Mechs, it's a great bunch of guys here. If they weren't I'd have killed them all long ago.....

Returning to form, here's another gem on how to be a good member of the 201^st, this time coming from Triple D:

3) If you can't find the enemy team, use bait
The enemy can be extremely elusive at times, especially if they are a weight class lighter than you. The easiest solution, therefore, is to make them come to you. Find an unsuspecting team member and wait until they are in an open, central location. Now leg them, sit back, and watch as the enemy team flocks towards you like sharks to bleeding prey. Bear in mind that you should only do this to 201st members who are currently on TeamSpeak with you. Otherwise, how would they hear you shout "Tag, you're it"?

Found this in the meme thread this is a real possibility in the 201st. So please be carefull around our WoT Division they are so squishy sometimes!

Don't get me startet, i would so love to have more reseen mech's. I miss my Marauder, it may not be the best mech in the game but damn its the first mech love of my live and you never get over your first.

Only concern is my being an Aussie and the conflicting time issues. Ive been scouring this site for a corps of aussies who DONT have a stick up their.... Yeah...

On a more serious note, though, you're welcome to come and hang out with us. I don't know how many active players we've got in your timezone; blackcatf would probably know better than I. I know I probably shouldn't be saying this in our recruitment thread, but you could try the raven alliance if we don't have enough players for you. I don't know what they're like as people, but they are Australian...

Let me know what time zone you're in and what times you are typically on and I'll see if I can give you a rough idea of who or how many MechWarriors we usually have online around that time. I'm in Hawaii and late evening for me is sometimes a bit sparse (I usually get online between 6:30 - 10:30 HST during the week; if I can get online at all), but most days I can muster a couple other guys to join in drops. You can shoot me a PM if you want, or head over to our website, get signed up, and log into our TS for a few days and see if the time you're looking for is active enough for your liking. Also, shoot me, MagResPolarBear, or Blimie a message here if you have any issues getting set up on the forums or TS.
