If it's any consolation, if you get any Phoenix package, you still get the Phoenix colors and Hot Rod colors that you can apply to any chassis. The Hot Rod pattern itself is only included for the chassis that came with your specific package.

True... the Phoenix/Hot Rod colors are usable on any mech in your entire garage, so it's pretty nice if you didn't get the PC Gamer promotional pattern/colors earlier...

I'm pretty sure of the distinction between the colors and the camo pattern. Colors can be used on other camos on any mech, but camos are specific to the mechs in question.

My only point was that anyone getting the basic Talon package would feel ripped off (if they hadn't already feel it's overpriced as it is) and it is not a bad thing to have the camo/pattern for all the PP mechs (it increases its overall value) instead of what you just bought.

Ultimately, it's potentially lost sales, but that is what it is.

Usually there aren't mid week sales.

Though this has me curious. It's a first. Which means that they must have gotten a lot of money from this sale to want to extend it.

Or not enough...

Either way, the XP conversion has been useful, and the sale may be more useful to make further use of it now it's extended.

I wound up spending about 25 bucks worth of my MC stash. Haven't done that in a long while.

Though I didn't bother with the conversion. More interested in expanding my parents and getting the camo for mechs it looked good on.

I couldn't give you heads or tails of how successful this sale is. Given that those with PP (outside of the Locust) can't take advantage of the camo aspect (not colors, just the pattern), you could rectify this by fixing it on Tuesday (assuming there is a patch on Tuesday, which I think is the case).

Also, it's technically lazy/smart to extend it since Halloween is Thursday and it makes no sense to not take advantage of this a holiday-related sale.

Although if I recall the American spelling is actually the original British spelling from 17th century and the puritans that headed over and was never changed whereas the British changed how they spelled their words since that time.

Back to the sale not sure on buying some more colours. I'm almost sure I'd like a couple of brighter colours to choose from.

Sorry to disappoint, but that did not happen

Had an email exchange with support about it in which I basically got told everything is working as intended, meaning from their perspective there is nothing to fix...

That's not surprising. The data that is required for all the PP mechs are not there for the appropriate camos outside of the Locust.
