Ghost heat was intended to reduce the amount of high pinpoint damage. This makes it confusing as to why it
impacts SRM flocks, chainfired AC\2, alpha-strike AC\5, Streak launchers that intentionally target random parts,
damage-over-time laser weaponry of all sizes, why firing 2xLRM20 is half the heat as 4xLRM10, etc.

Any rationalizations about it being there to stop "AC\2 griefing" (or LRM-boat nonsense) was all presented
after-the-fact to justify the poorly-tested implications of Ghost Heat.
