Ya, it's totally cool, if you are only fighting him.

The problem tends to arise when some guy is chainfiring you with LRM's while you are attempting to engage OTHER mechs... because they don't stop shooting you while you try to get to the guy with the LRM's.

Not saying that it's some kind of crazy unbeatable build. Somewhat annoying, and exploiting the newly increased missile shake (why exactly was this increased again? To sell advanced gyros?)

Ya, made this mech a while ago.

I never chainfired it though.. Just alpha it, and it'll saturate any AMS system, and it looks like a comet is falling out of the sky on the target when it hits.

What I like about it is that you can disrupt the whole team ECM if you get the mech that's got it moving. So the fatlas DDC will generally be good at covering maybe a lance, but the small fast mechs will have to be careful to move slowly (or risk eating damage) to keep the bubble up for their team.

It would add actual skill to using the ECM equipment successfully on a team scale.
