There is a problem with perceived hit detection when it comes to leading targets- weapons converge on whatever the reticule is pointing at, so the amount you need to lead a target to actually hit it can depend on what is PAST the target.
Perhaps the complexity of aiming could be reduced by adding a hold or toggle button to lock weapon convergence at the distance to your currently selected target, rather than whatever distance you are pointing at.
Apologies if this has been brought up before. These forums are pretty toxic so I tend to avoid them!

This has been brought up before and while I don't think it's a bad idea, it's simply something that is too complex to input for PGI.

Might have been suggested before. Pretty obvious approach really, why converge on your laser designator when better data is available.
With that being said you might get a bit of heat from the base, since most people want a decrease, not an increase in accuracy.
