When do you get disconnected? Is it when doing something specific? Using a specific mech? During a match? Start of a match? At the main menu? Before you can log in? After a match?

A little bit more info if you could?

normally, when i launch a new game,

black screen for max. 20 sec(window -> full-screen)
loading screen of map
game

sometimes i wait a min black screen -> menu

it happens periodly, so sometimes i wait up to 15mins for my mechs.

i forgott, i have also problems with login.
i get into the game, but i try about 5-100 times loging in.

Probably an issue with your internet- not just your speed but stability and distance to the game server (located in north america, across continents and oceans from Austria). your ISP may have issues with certain types of packets, or there could be an issue anywhere along your route from Austria to the game server in north america.

I had a problem with disconnects a while back and eventually found this solution. Clear the temp internet files in IE then ran a quick virus scan for tracking cookies (some of those damn things regenerate) then in the IE internet options advanced tab do reset. Restart computer and the problem is gone. I think it's the reset that really does it but I do the whole bit just to be sure. hope this helps.

Why a router then a wireless router? Why not connect your modem directly to the wireless router?

I recommend weekly restarts for any PC, gaming or not. I've seen people who rebooted only when the power went out or it crashed. Which means memory leaks add up (even if it's just a tiny one like 1K, multiple by multiple uses, multiple programs...), patches pile up (also some get applied and others don't which can cause problems since they often work together) etc etc.

Same token, reboot your modem and router at the same time.

As to temp files etc, CCleaner will keep things cleaned out, even the registry. Defraggler will work wonders for defragmenting the system. Protip: Don't do the optional one where it makes all the files contiguous. That can take forever. As in I started it Friday, and when I got back home on Sunday it said it only had one more week to run. And no, I don't have terabytes of stuff.
