I personally would go for a 6850 or 6870 before I got a 7770 (The 7900 series is probably the best decision here), but budget wise? Can't go wrong with a 7770 and a Llano.

Not a good choice to be honest. They aren't giving you decent value for the parts there to be quite honest...

Slight issue here: The radeon HD 7770 + CPU only combination will draw much more power than the 6670/7670 + APU with Hybrid Crossfire. So a bigger PSU is needed.
It also means the need for a bigger case with better cooling.
Usinga valid Hybrid Crossfire combination for the APU can keep the budget and the electricity bills down.

CPU: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16819103996 ($10 more off the bat but slightly cheaper)
Motherboard: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813157292 ($5 less without sales)
GPU: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16814127687 ($12 less without sales)
RAM: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820231424 ($2 cheaper, you lose your fancy heatspreaders, but you don't need them.)
Total versus Barberic's; $9 cheaper without sales, more expensive at this time with sales.
