Havent played in awhile and just logged in to find that ALL my mechs are gone including my founders mechs??? Help!

If you haven't played in a while, you probably had a bunch of patching happening. Try running the repair tool to see if it can sniff out any potentially corrupted files

If that doesn't work, please submit a support ticket with a screenshot of your mechlab and DXDiag and Omicron log attached.

This isn't a game client problem. He likely hasn't logged in for many months, maybe even since before the last reset.
If it isn't fixed by logging out, rebooting the computer, and logging back in again, the only solution is to contact support.
