Haven't played any Mech since MW4 Mercs came out. I don't keep in touch with anybody from the old crew either. Me and NeoThoR both frequent a certain small-ish message board, but we don't keep in touch much personally. Karnage, Trunks, Onikage, CaptHammy, etc. -- haven't talked to any of them since the MW4 days.

Kinda disappointing -- 19 pages and only one mention. Thought I had a bigger impact than that.

I was on the Microsoft zonematch servers all the time even complained and got them turned back on for a short time then eventually they killed them Killing off MW3 MW4 and MW4 Mercs and Black Knight.

Someone needs to get trendy back in here... I kinda miss seeing all those caps with several mistyped words.... just so i could annoy Deathlike some more =P

I've tried repeatedly to contact Trendkill ever since I found out about MWO last year. He knows about MWO. He said he probably will not be playing or at least not active at all. I think he said he will either be on the road a lot or working @ new gig. Can't remember exactly what he said other than blowing the whole idea off, was a year ago. Fastway hasn't seen him online in guild wars in months. They probably playing GW2 beta this weekend. Haven't seen Epi in years though.

Before reading this thread, I didn't know so many people played BZ/VL. I always associated those lobbies with the tards playing C1 only with Daishis because they had no actual skill in the game.

i played MW2 Netmech on MPlayer with Ghost Legion and Knights of Valor, then on to MW3/4 on The Zone with The Comstar Guard. Even had a smattering of MW2 Mercs in there somewhere.

the irony is so thick with this one. any of the skilled groups always balanced tonnage. i religiously played a shadowcat at 45 tons.

You're right. It was more the UA Daishis. Then it was the Scat C1ers.

The skilled groups played stock mechs.

I used to jump in on any game (2,3 or 4) and play straight stock mechs, there were a few times when the manufacturers got them right! (and it let me grumble when an lrm/gauss boat cored me in under three seconds!)

So many fun times on the Zone Playing Mechwarrior3 ... I loved C1 but sucked at lag shooting. The only things I were good with were the missle boats and those SL FFA's.

then went to play some mechwarrior4 and I did much better cuz I got DSL at my townhouse.

I was lucky enough to start with the Black Roses, then went to the wildcards, and then the Hell's Horses. Only used one name... xBigKEV

I loved playing on the zone.. I used the handle BS-Latteral. Ran with Bender and draconis alot doing league matches.


Same for Mechcommander 1 same name. only i was running with C-Blades at the time . Also was ginving NC-Lupo grief. good times all . I dont know if anyone remembers the names. but draconis was dedicated to say the least. He went as far to have a timberwolf tattoed on his shoulder..

also i remember yuo bigkev.. i dont know why i do but hey good times you remember some things and all welcome home sir =)
