I'm pretty sure they are aware, it seems that every newer account is stuck at 96%.

Same thing for me, checked it over and over, completed the survey, etc. still 96% maybe a glitch? does anyone have 100%?

I think I figured this out. As soon as I got enough "Likes" to go from "Neutral" to "Good" my profile status changed from 96% to 100%.

I did not fill anything extra out or make any other changes than add posts.

Can anyone confirm?

I think they just fixed the bug and that's why you got 100%.
My status is neutral but I have 100% too. (was 96% before)
