i think it is an "easy" feature in terms of coloring the corresponding kill message: for example, bright yellow message saying "pilot A killed pilot B" instead of the standard color, maybe with the addition "(TK)" or something like that.

This way at least everyone knows, including the TK'ed one. In particular PUG games, one otherwise has to remember the name of the guy who killed you to the very end to then find him on the game stat page.

Everyone knows what? You got TKed or you can't read the mini map and crossed a firing line, the icons are darts not dots for a reason. It happens, let it go and move on.

Completely agree. Absent a lot more evidence, TKs happen. I have 6 in 2100 games. 2 bother me a lot, 2 bother me, 2 are basically the "victim's" fault. That said, ALL kills should be color coded red/blue.
