- Little to no dev/playerbase communication for weeks.

- October update still scrolling across the front page.

- A consistent "clean up" of disheartened (yet non-threatening) posts.

- presidents set by mega game companies. I site Game Workshop as an example.

- A cryptic hint at a "new" way to role out new content... Soon*.

Tin foil hats on!

Could PGI being getting ready to remove these forums all together?

We will see how long this post lasts. I personally hope it (this post) is debunked as a non-issue and allowed to stick around as silly non-issue.

On the other hand, if this post disappears fast I will be very worried.

On a serious note i wouldn't be surprised, I was stupefied when they removed general chat, and I reserve the right to be stupefied again.

Sure! To site/cite Games Workshop; They had to deal with a toxic player base that constantly took them to task over everything from money-grabbing to re-re-packaging and re-selling old content continuously. Their site now is shiny and forum-less.

They posted a Youtube promo for an new product line a few weeks ago and accidentally left the comments section on...

This lit-up with a deluge of incite into what their bitter community thinks of them... the comments were then quickly shut off.

Yikes.

Compelling argument. I see no flaw, and eagerly anticipate the shutdown of these forums...

Um, they've been pretty open, we knew about the seismic nerf early, and we know the hitbox thongs are coming for 4 mechs next week.

No november update yet, and the usual mech release isn't till next week for the Shadow Hawks, so it's a dead spot regarding sales.

THat's been happening for a while. Tightening up of some rules.

Because that never happens anywhere else...

Nothing cryptic. A server patch along side UI2.0 would allow them to no longer have to reboot the servers to put in new sales, as well as the UI update would allow them to make dynamic sales and bundles. They've been very clear on that.

But enjoy the foil hat ;) Just avoid the microwave.

Excellent Bront. This is the level of debunking we NEED for this theory.~ May it be only that.

They're really slow at adding things to the game. Clearly, aliens.

So the launch party was really just a scheme to replace people with replicants?
