Thanks everyone for being patient while I got the thread organized.

Edit: Cleaning up the thread slowly. Some names do not have hyperlinks yet because they did not come up in google right away when i searched for mwo profiles. I will be fixing that shortly.

Wow. Some AWESOME entries.

I am literally tempted to like every single one. So many ideas. Some might not have the perfect execution, but the design itself is great, others have maybe less inspired feel to the re-design, but the quality of the art is tops. And several have both. Also some designs I love, but maybe not as a Marauder, some would make great Marauder IIs, or IICs or even things like the Nightstar and other Marauder family mechs.

The only reason I am not voting for all of them is because I feel obligated to try to focus my votes on the ones I consider my top 5 or so. Also if due to bulk, style proportions I like the design, but think it might be a better Marauder II or the like I haven't voted for it, as I am trying to focus only on the ones that too me catch that crab/insectoid leanness and aggressive feel of the MAD in fluff. Also I refuse to vote for myself.

Hey MoonUnit....you should take the "losers" and put up some type of contest or category for what part off the Marauder family each design would best fit!!! (Like there is one on here that I think would make an AWESOME NightStar, for instance. And another, an as yet unnamed 50 ton Mini-Marauder, etc)
