When given the option to assume either malice or incompetence, it's always better to assume incompetence.
They're not out to get you, the hit reg is borked, and they've acknolowdged that and should hopefully have plans to fix it soon.
I definitely wouldn't put myself into a "high elo" with my 1-1 WL (you can't even see it, so it's hard to tell), and I manage to get hitreg issues all the time.

What is much more concerning to me is that the premade groups trolling the game at high elo (all Highlander or Victor squads) are now creating new accounts and trolling the new playerbase, which is very bad for the longevity of this game. I had one player the other day (ggc1ose) bragging about how he's stomping new players and farming them. He also stated that he will never stop doing so... ever. Another player (Khan Ignotus) had a very similar sentiment, and I could rattle off a long list of names in which players openly troll this game knowingly, with a middle-finger attitude to anyone who calls them out on it, including the OP of this thread.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. Most poptart groups are verbally abusive towards other players, and to think that they are bringing their trolling habits to the influx of new players is very worrying.

Wow! Two different conspiracy-theories, some name-dropping *and* the "premades are OP ... Mommy! Make em stop!"-whine all conveniently rolled into one single thread. What a great way to start the week of.. :(

the GGclose guy i think is Villz alt account, he made lord proclomations and steelworks adverts whilst i saw him in a match. this alt account thing might have something to do with shortening MM times with low elo rather than avoiding any bad hitreg on high elo conspiracies.

Incorrect assumption based in historic fact. In reality the conspiracy theorists have it right much more than the incompetence argument. If life was a betting game you would be a poor person looking at it the way you are.

In truth the biggest conspiracy theorists by far is the Fed Gov with their prosecutions have almost every charge sheet containing a conspiracy charge. Every detective in every police force bases their investigations on conspiracy theory's. If you look up the definition only two people are required to for a conspiracy. Of course the majority involved are usually dumb to the bigger plan but pretty much the world is based on a conspiracy. Go down the list historically and 10 to 1 it is a planned event and the conspiracy theorists are right far more than wrong. Your ideas are in itself a conspiracy and I can show you OSS documents the forerunner to the CIA spelling out a plan to put into the collective consciousness the ideas you proposed dating to 1951. The Washington post was the first to do just that weeks after. So in reality you just let everyone know how programmed in groupthink you actually are by your statement.

Dare to think for yourself.

uh......so im also an "high as F...k" Elo player

because i got hit-reg-bugs ,random disconnects and ping spikes that leads to lagging 2 sec`s and be dead after it.!!! :D
there is no other explanation than my Elo-rating!!!!

I am your God now! :(
(well....srsly.....i think its the server/ netcode....to explain this problem with Elo seems....uhhhh stupid? :D )

I started an alternate account, and there was no ghost heat, bad hit reg or bad matchmaker. Twas a dreamworld, it was. Every map was -100 C, and NARCs were useful.

True story.

Yeah, and so does PGI. I'm fairly certain they've sent me to ELO-hell after I made fun of Garth Erlam's Jester fiction. It's hard to be a rebel.

You get the prize for lack of comprehension. Notice the statement that I was joking.

Curse you PGI!

Fun story when playing Gears of War with P2P connections. All Australians vs all Americans, with an American host.
First round we go down taking a few of them with us, losing the round. Second round matchmaker nominates an Australian host. We floor the yanks without a single death. The entire team rage quits before the final round :(
