Give us in game voice or split the solos from premades or something, Maybe try one patch cycle solo only so we can get some perspective on it. Of course you know who will be here next to argue against any of that. Same as it ever was.

ECM really only impacts organized 12-mans where you might have packs of people using it, and that's about it. Even there it's only a small advantage.

Yes, and when I can no longer hang out with my friends in this game I will happily go to another and play that since I use online play as a virtual "coffee shop" so to speak since we no longer all live within walking distance of the coffee shop where we all hung out together but instead in some cases 9 hours away.
As I have stated in other threads my "evil pugstomper 4 man" has people in it in TRIAL mechs as well as others making statements like, "Wow, I haven't played this mech in so long I forgot how I used to do it... heck I don't remember how I grouped weapons." We are stomping all over your gameplay.

While I disagree with you on most topics, integrated voice comms and a more robust chat system would be a good thing

See you think I am blaming someone other than PGI and your wrong. I have no beef with anyone wanting to play with friends.
Sorry but it defies all logic to call it a team game where the metric is premades are cool and pugs are meat. Its not a 12 man team more often than not. Its one or two diverse groups with some other guys who cant or wont communicate by available methods. The system creates this division. Not anyone else past those who make a point of exploiting it.
