My 3M build runs no AMS and 5xML. More range, more punch. Put Arty and Air in there and watch the 500+ damage rounds pour in.... if you know how to drop Air and Arty effectively.
Also, next time you go into "fast-forward" in your vid, perhaps a sound reduction or some intermission music?

hmmm....how about replacing the CT medium laser for a tag for extra XP and CBs?. Remember that they put those rewards on the latest patch

I'd probably replace an arm laser instead, that way I can still shoot stuff in the event of catastrophic arm failure.

I've been running 4 ML (2 in each arm) and TAG, and have yet to run into a match where I only have my TAG. Usually if my arms are gone, the rest of the mech is going with it.
