Yeah I figured some one would come in with a real money purchase but did you actually buy it by mistake or did you want it and then realize that it wasn't for you? Because I could say that I made a bad purchase too (though it was cheap). I bought a Spider (the one with only 2 weapon hard points both CT) for real money. But it wasn't a mistake, PGI was selling it for half off and I had always said that if mechs were cheaper I would buy one so I did. But after playing it for a while (enough to get all the basics and 16,000 extra xp) I just couldn't take it any more (never got the screwy hitbox benefit and it would of annoyed me if I did) so I sold it. And up until a couple of weeks ago it was the only mech I had ever sold.

Yup, a flaming **** of a mech, that for some reason I was brain dead enough to spend IRL money on. And it was such a piece, I actually sold it just to clear a mechbay. But since I was NEVER going to use it, would keeping it have somehow been better? (Only consolation is I bought it on a sale, but yeesh.)

we made the mistake of somehow thinking being an IRL money mech it might somehow be good. Instead it is the worst of all Awesomes.

Just ******* away C-bills like that, since you only get 50% back on the purchase price.
The worst part? After the UAC nerf, I finally had an excuse to fit a 350 back on my atlas. So if I'd kept one of those accidental purchases, I wouldn't be broke now!

Next day, realize I bought it with MC. Email support, they fix it.
During the great depression phase of closed beta, I bought the atlas K, so I was kinda stuck with that and my founders D for a whole cycle.
Bought the quickdraws. Ground them out to prove how hardcore (in love with wasting time) I am. Sold all of them, and never looked back. What a terrible robot.
