Voice chat would be nice but not necessary, mainly just looking for laid back people to play with,
not really in the market for a clan just yet but it possible could happen.

Unofficial & Community Run Voice Chat Servers
Second and third posts have the public ComStar and NGNG TeamSpeak3 servers. You can drop in random groups there (MUCH better than going solo) and they have specific-unit channels if you do decide to join a unit.

Concur with DC. This will also expose you to a ton of different organizations ranging from purely casual players and simple tag-bearers, all the way up to some dedicated competitive groups.
