I hate to be "That guy" to tell you straight up that you're wrong...
...but you're wrong -- but here's why!
Because PGI is lazy and are aweful at developing proper weapon mechanics, LRMs and Streaks share the same lock-on mechanic. When Artemis is applied to your mech, it triggers a flag that reduces the lock-on time of ALL missiles under that lock-on mechanic, including streaks. The problem here is two fold. First that Streaks do not get "penalized" with the additional critical and ton that accompany the Artemis LRM launchers. The second, is that they benefit from ALL the perks that Artemis provide, such as faster lock-on rates and slightly higher accuracy, meaning the proper percentages that streaks are supposed to spread are skewed, making them hit torsos slightly more so than arms and legs.
I wouldn't call it lazy. Maybe short-sighted.
But remember, when they first put in lock-on code, there was no Artemis. That came later. They obviously haven't considered how they'd implement Artemis or how this would interact with SSRMs.
Unfortunately, solutions that seemed simple and useful at the beginning of a project can turn back if you realize that you need a more complex solution.
And now PGI has to prioritize stuff like UI 2.0, CW, HSR and Glock netcode, 3PV, new mechs, balance issues, and missile lock-on code so that Streaks don't get buffed by Artemis.

Could be more a mini Kintaro though.
And I'd rather take my chances with SRMs, or stay with LRMs on that Cat.
It's running an XL 300, so dropping to three tons of ammo, we could raise armor to 232 with 0.5 tons available or simply max out armor I guess.
But, I wonder if AMS could be an alternative? Would need to shave from the arms though, but as an SSRM boat with two in the CT, that shouldn't slow them down much:

Wait, it comes with an XL 300? So it's one of the cheapest ways to get an XL 300 for MC?
