Please for the love of the community put a general chat in the game. It is absolutely insane that the community is segregated to a friends list only. No reason while sitting in lobby that the entire community cant be talking and helping each other out or making fun of each other.
I wonder how many new players join the game only to play for a couple weeks and find they know no one and have next to no form of communication with the players ingame and quit?
