MWO weapon balance needs this:
* Burst-fire ballistics
* Beam-duration PPC
* SRMs fixed (damage increase, hit registration fix, spread fix)
The first two items will fix the high-damage pin-point problem, and the third will fix the brawlers and lights/mediums.
If you want to go for broke and fix the whole game, you only need to add:
* Heat system redesign (lowered cap, increased dissipation, heat penalties)
Then you can start on
* Role warfare
* Community warfare
And when all that's done you can do
* Clans
And you'll have a wonderful little game.
