You want me to give you $240 American, and then wait 6 full months to receive mechs that I have absolutely no information about? But they come along with a bunch of unique goodies, which I also have no idea what they do? Well, sheesh, where do I sign up? While we're at it can I buy some beach front property from you sight unseen?
Give me a break.

I bought the founders pack way back because I saw promise in this game. I bought the Phoenix pack because I still held some hope the glaring issues with the game would be addressed. I saw this and my last bit of hope for this game has died.
All I've seen every time I open the launcher and update is sales on premium content and how another premium mech is being added in instead of anything being fixed. Now there is this obvious cash grab? Sorry but I've already got more buyers remorse in this game then I'd like so I'll go back to waiting for someone to deliver a complete battletech game instead of the farce this has turned into.
Good day.
What Pack are you getting?

u just lost my wallet. without the requested functions we had asked for previously. no more money will be spent..... not with those prices anyway....
u dun have enough money to improve the game? find some smarter ways firsts......

TLDR - The package is very price efficient, and gets even more so the higher up you go on the tier list.
Numbers and math

Let's put this I'm perspective. Once the clan mechs are in, purchase by MC & C-bills will be available too. You can use these few months to begin saving them C-bills.
It's not for everyone, but this company is not working for free too. What potential buyers would like is probably more info, right?
Pls clarify in whatever medium:
- What are the warhorns
- what the gold packages include other than that mech ( all of the other 24 mechs?)
- what are the unique modules
- how will the gold skins work? Are they gonna be a texture for different layers to go on top of, like that Byran Ekman mentioned in an interview?
Lastly, here's a regular player wishing for more sense and clarity of thought admis all the rage... I think deep down we all love this game and want it to come out good that we would play it for years to come, instead of just the yearly COD flick hat we shelf after 6 weeks of play.
If they wanted sanity and well thought out topics without inciting rage don't you think they would have replied by now? The more people ***** then the greater volume of people talking about MWO will be and they will get more publicity.
As Barnum said, 'Bad publicity is better than no publicity.' If it gets more people to check the game out due to curiosity about the furor going on......
As to why they put things up for sale with no description or idea of mechanics behind it.......

PGI said they'd have CW out by late 2012.
It is now late 2013, and we still have seen neither hair nor hide of any actual product or progress.
If you don't truly believe CW is a myth at this point, and I don't mean you specifically Wales, I would consult a psychologist specializing in addictive and sociopathic behavior.

Now, I already endulged myself with the Phoenix Mechs, so this one is a definite no for me.
Also, unlike the Phoenix Mechs where I liked all of them, I only like the Timberwolf, Summoner and Nova here, Well, the Stormcrow is also okay,
4 Mechs I like are newer worth 210$ for me (not even Clantech is worth that much

Man, MW:O's economy is totally messed up. Right now the most expensive ballistic is the LBX-10, and now we are going to get these super Clan mechs that will allegedly be balanced vs IS mechs. But then why are they going to be so much more expensive? (Based on the fact that they have used pretty much standard BT pricing for everything so far).
According to popular demand they are "to expensive". You right them off even before negotiations start with the Dev.... chill dawg!

*deep exhale*
*sigh*
*Walks away wondering how to explain the impending purchase to the Secretary of the Treasury (and if you don't know who that is, clearly thou art single)
Won't be able to get Gold. Hard to say if I'll actually drop the buckazoids for any package since I already purchased Overlord+Saber (and I'm an Inner Sphere pilot). Much of me would rather wait for the Wolf's Dragoon pack or hold out fool's hope for the Macross-Reseen pack (Combine the two and you get...Marauder II baby....ah, but to dream...)

We are not all Mercenaries, you know. Some of us have been waiting for the opportunity to finally show our true colors and join the Touman!
But what happens when you've got players who've never heard of or would laugh at the concept of Zellbrigen?
