ya this is total BS. yes they work out to $10 a mech but i don't want half of those mechs and im not buying 21 (yes you have to buy 18 extra mechs just to get the 3 timber wolf variants, second to the top..... wonder why) mechs just because i want a timber wolf total BS.

pheonix mechs were "alright" but i wouldnt say they are p2w by any stretch. however i do have the strange feeling that these mechs might be.

but if these insane prices are the result of "usage" or "copyright" deals or "fees" or "royalties". please PGI let us know right away that there is no option and that you are practically being forced to charge obscene prices as a result of "licensing deals".

PS i would have gladly paid even $50 for JUST a timber wolf+2 varients, or JUST a vulture+2 varients or JUST a thor+2 varients. i might have even bought all three (thor, timber wolf and vulture) for $150 for ONLY 9 mechs, BUT I CANT EVEN CHOOSE JUST THEM! thats why i refuse to have any of this at all.

I was very excited. However the prices honestly made my jaw hit the floor. I am sure there are many that will purchase different packages however you extremely limit those that have more of a strict budget.

You are forcing people who want a particular mech to also purchase mechs which they might not even want. I am for supporting PGI and this awesome game, however if you want more money out of me you are going to have to work with me on options. For most people I believe 40-80 is manageable although still steep in some cases.

Please redo this sales model. Open it up so that there can be a package for those who want to choose their own mech.

Im not asking for 21 mechs for $10 each. Im asking for ONE mech for 40-80.

The prices here are in fact SO crazy that the [people] who buy these packages will be able to balance out those who refuse to pay. This is actually a pretty shrewd move.

Of course, it also indicates that PGI fully expected the backlash...

None. This "Game" has had no major advances since I played back in CB. I'd go so far as to say it's gone backwards in development since IGPGI can't make up their minds on what exactly they want to do with the game.

If I buy one of these packages are you going to nerf the weapons/mechs into uselessness 6 months later? seriously gentlemen, i know your excited because you have done so well with your other packages, but that was good faith money. the natives are getting restless and you (pgi) just parading out one sale after another with out giving the game direction or purpose is wearing thin. the grind has to stop, game mechanics and mechs still need a lot work, and how many useless mechs in this pack. the locust is an embarrasment. i would certainly hope that for 240 dollars, we will not be getting another clunker like that.

i have seen corporate greed ruin many a good title, if you put out a good product for a fair price, you will make lots of money. this pack is too expensive. needs to drop to 160 at least with early bird 30 day premium bonus a must. i am calling for all players to boycott this until a better price is issued. now i know that you want theses mechs, but dont let pgi start this trend. tell them no now, and we will set a presedent telling them the just can't sell us anything. what happens when we all buy thi? how much will the next one be?
