To anyone who doesn't understand the $500 mechs (there are a LOT of you) it has absolutely nothing to do with the value of the mech, that much should be obvious as no actual real gold is involved.

Its about buying exclusivity. Plenty of other 'micro' transaction games pop out one of these things from time to time, and people DO buy them, if there are enough people to show off to at least. I'm surprised really there isn't $1500 platinum mech or something as well.

Trusting PGI's sense to lower the prices. Yes I know it's a ******* huge pack with really expensive mechs, but I am not going to use 150€ to get a Madcat...

I might, just MIGHT get the Thor package, but even it feels way too expensive. It's more expensive than Overlord package? COME ON!

You know what, PGI? I'm done.
I can't stand this any longer. I love your game, I do, but this...your utter lack of community management skills shown by offering this sale after months with little to no progress, after weeks of complete silence and you couldn't even wait for that "big patch"...no, you had to get that 500$ gold plated mech out there without any information about anything....
I can't even get angry at you any more. I just feel sad about all this wasted potential, but since I finally lost any faith in you as a developer, I don't want to be part of this game any more.
So...thanks for all the fun and games...but I'm out.
(And I feel dirty thinking about that Sabre Package Mechs I bought....Ugh.)
