I just wanna say, that 6 kill game on my Jenner last night is some of the most fun I ever had in my life lol. Its one thing to do it against bad players, a whole nother vs good ones and with you kill stealing ******** on my team to boot lol.

The Empire fielded a team but lost 3-1 to the Widowmakers. Had a few issues, but with time, patience, and practice those should be easily overcome.

We probably could of come back and won, but we made the mistake after winning the 3rd game of both Ring and I not playing the 4th game. I was trying to make sure everyone had a chance to play at least one game. But, as Sym pointed out, that left us with no "caller" and evidently they got raped because of it. Sym also made the point you wouldnt pull the starting QB and we kinda did that with Ring and I not there. Understand though, these preseason games are less about winning and more about our newer pilots getting some trial by fire and for us to understand how the game ebbs and flows against good teams. I would argue that the loss against WM helped us a great deal and I actually consider it a win with what it taught us. Consider the fact also that WM has alot more experience scrimming than we do and I think we did well considering that fact.

One thing for sure is, we need to start scrimming against other teams. The pug stomping is useless for sharpening our skillz. WM has requested that we scrim with them and we will do that soon. In fact, I will be setting up scrims from here on out and will let you guys know the details as they come. Also, from here on, there will be no tourny games that doesnt have either me or Ring calling the game. If anyone else wants to try to be a caller just let me know, we could use a 3rd.

We all know the talent is great here, but a team is only as good as their teamwork and as we tighten that aspect up, I expect nothing but great things.
