So here is a nice little 2 page analysis of the clan packages that are causing an uproar lately.

Clan Mech Packs Spark Controversy

They basically explain what clans are, have a good analysis of the cost of the clan packages, and then advise caution on buying into it yet. Overall a well done article.

The Mittani tends to have quite well written, thoughtful, and accurate articles IMO.

This article? 100% true. The Clan packs (mainly Warhawk/Masakari) are a wonderful value, even if you only look at the 'Mechs alone. BUT, my signature applies - don't give them s**t until they start listening to us!

N.O.P.E. - Spread the word, force PGI to listen!

Catchy slogan. Maybe someone should start a player organization with a catchy twitter tag or name to really rally the player base! That is guaranteed to succeed! All we need is something that will convey the gravity of the situation and how we're all a united front against PGI. They can't ignore us all!

I suggest we use something like #savemwo. There is ZERO chance we can fail with a name like that!

A balanced post from the Mittani. We'll have to see if we get any more info soon.

No rage, they prove that most of the collections are good values, point out the fact that the gold mechs aren't worth it, and they give a fair assessment as far as whether or not to buy. The Mittani once again proves to be a reliable and unbiased source of info imo.

I liked what the article said. We really do need more information before people buy it. So I'm gonna wait.
