One team starts out absolutely spread out AND has to run across open water due to spawning on the island.
Not only does that team have to run a longer distance to group up, one lance has zero cover.
The other team practically spawns together and can choose to go whatever direction easily as a team and take out the other side lance by lance.
This is highly unbalanced, especially when we already know how effective a death ball is.

Only played it once, and I was one that started on the island. Wasn't an issue in that game, but I'd say it would have more to do with where the other team spawns, which I haven't seen. Whether they are likely to be in a position to punish the lance trying to cross the water.

Crimson is kind of a horrible map, anyhow. IMHO.
