cryengine error said something like 'pure function call'
what is this new feature?

same here
and ingame fps have dropped by 20-25....still between 35 and 50 but much lower than before

Maybe Russ Bullock had a typo "I hope this will give players some interest during the holiday break." it should mean "I hope this will give players some interest breaks during the holiday." :D

This new erro..... just alt F4 if you want to leave game, save you the crash time.

same here next fail patch from P, New patc same old bugs and a few new.. PGI is by fare the most incompeten game dev yet

This + medlasers don´t do damage more then often

same problem here. CryEngine Error Pure Function call at the end of every match. My buddy and I were playing and we both got this exact same error. Stinks that I picked today to try out my free 'premium day'.

Ah, so I don't have to start a new thread about this.

Yep, just got this error upon trying to leave a match in process.

No idea what happened, but it crashed MWO back to desktop.

Same here. pure function call. I got a pretty serious loss of frame rate on this patch also.

Yes, I'm getting this error as well.

But what is wayyyy more of a problem is the absolutely horrible lag I'm experiencing.

I have had some occasional lag in the past, especially on certain maps (anyone else notice that forest colony is more likely to be laggy than any other map?), but it's at a level now that makes it almost unplayable about 80% of the time, on most, or all maps.

It's not my connection, I'm usually scoring 38-59 ping. And I'm running low graphics settings, even though I'm running a 7850 2 gb ati card.


It REALLY sucks, cause I'm always running lights, at the highest possible engine speeds usually.
I can't afford to not know where I am, or whether my crosshairs are actually on the target or not.

The difference between being dead with under 100 damage, or having a chance of scoring the highest damage on your team, comes down to decision made at speeds of fractions of a second. If you dont know where you really are you can't make those decisions.

my fps has gone up but im getting memory allocation errors too.

I notice others complaining of lack of weapon damage. I have been experiencing the same thing. I was assuming it had to do with lag, that the lasers/weapons simply weren't scoring hits, even though it looked like they were. As if the physics engine was placing the damage in a different location (not on the target) rather than where the graphics showed you to be aiming.

But maybe they actually arent doing damage. I know I've been behind some spiders and locusts lately, chainfiring medium lasers from my TDK, and it seemed like targets were absorbing more than they should from time to time.

We are trying to leave the battle after a death, not the exit the game.
