Procedural damage

For those of you who have played GTA IV and seen how the vehicles take damage... that's what I'm referring to. Basically mechs would take similar damage when colliding with each other, explosive ordinance impacts, and definitely DFA damage. One company has already created soft body damage for Cryengine 3, which as I understand it, this game is using that engine. Maybe they could license that add on or get their devs to write their own.
