Maybe the devs missed out one more point...you have to buy the clan collection first

Keep in mind if this is an issue with the website they only have one web guy, and if I were "the web guy" I'd probably have a nice long holiday vacay booked

Yes the counter is fixed now, but the prizes was a snow globe. I received a Christmas tree.. a very nice Christmas tree for sure.. but I waned a snow globe as advertised

I was a little disappointed as well, I guess that's why the picture associated with the prize was a broken link?

Either that or they accidentally set the wrong parameter on the prize [not a far fetched thought considering the duration of the broken timer]

I had hopes for a Snow Globe as well. Huge Let down here as well.

From the page itself (copied just now) "From December 25 until January 6, win 12 matches and get an in-game snow-globe for your dashboard."

Says snow-globe, not tree. At work at the moment, but if I get home and find a Xmas tree, then I am sending a ticket into support. Leave the tree, add the snow globe, kthanxbai.

It's a tree, not a snow globe. The page also says, no delivered until end of challenge, yet we have something ... who knows what they are up to this time, lol.

My guess is the guy who forgot to turn it on before heading out on Xmas break put the wrong item code in as well as forgot to update the text on the site.

I normally wouldn't say anything at all, but I need to send in a report anyway as I have a collection of names, screenshots and TKs to report anyway so might as well add this to the list

I think that I won 10 matches (not 12) when I got the tree.
