I'm considering a build that would let me do some things I'd like to do with my newly purchased S-Hawk, and would like to know if there's anything flawed in it's construction.

People will shoot at your left torso. Don´t park ammo there.

Yes, ammo location is the main flaw in the build. Here's your build but with the ammo put into the CT (if you get CTed you're likely dead anyway; the other option is to put it in an arm).
The only other options I'd suggest is if you don't want to use your left arm as a shield you can drop it down to 4 armour and add one more double heatsink. Second, you don't really need maximum leg armour - you can drop it down to 44 per leg and either add a third jump jet or subtract a jump jet and add another heatsink. Here's what that build would look like.
